KOREAN SPRITZ

Ingredients :

  • 6 cl of soju

  • 3 cl of Aperol or Campari

  • 1.5 cl of cane sugar syrup

  • About 6 cl of club soda

  • Ice cubes

  • Optional: Orange slice or zest for garnish, and a splash of prosecco for an extra touch of effervescence

 

Recipe :

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour in the soju, then the Aperol/Campari, and finally the cane sugar syrup.

  3. Top up the glass with club soda.

  4. Stir gently with a spoon.

  5. According to your taste, you can finish the cocktail with a light splash of prosecco.

  6. Garnish with an orange slice.
