6 cl of soju

3 cl of Aperol or Campari

1.5 cl of cane sugar syrup

About 6 cl of club soda

Ice cubes
- Optional: Orange slice or zest for garnish, and a splash of prosecco for an extra touch of effervescence
Recipe :

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the soju, then the Aperol/Campari, and finally the cane sugar syrup.

Top up the glass with club soda.

Stir gently with a spoon.

According to your taste, you can finish the cocktail with a light splash of prosecco.
