2.5 cl of Williams pear juice (not nectar)

1.5 cl of green grape juice

0.5 cl of sweet fennel syrup (fresh fennel infused in sugar syrup)

Ice cubes
Recipe :

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add the soju, pear juice, grape juice, and fennel syrup.

Shake well.

Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Garnish with a rolled lemon zest.
