SOJU SAKURA

Ingredients :

  • 5 cl of soju

  • 1 cl of morello cherry syrup

  • 1.5 cl of hibiscus infusion

  • 1 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

 

Recipe :

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

  2. Add the soju, the cherry syrup, the hibiscus infusion and the lemon juice.

  3. Shake well.

  4. Strain the mixture into a glass.

  5. Garnish with a candied cherry or an edible cherry blossom.
