Ingredients :

5 cl of soju

1 cl of morello cherry syrup

1.5 cl of hibiscus infusion

1 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice cubes
Recipe :

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add the soju, the cherry syrup, the hibiscus infusion and the lemon juice.

Shake well.

Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Garnish with a candied cherry or an edible cherry blossom.
