Ingredients :

6 cl of soju

12 cl of premium tonic

1 lime wedge

Ice

Optional: a few leaves of fresh basil or mint
Recipe :

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour in the soju, then the very cold tonic.

Squeeze a lime wedge into the glass and leave the wedge.

Mix gently with a spoon.

Garnish with a basil leaf for an aromatic touch.
