YAJU NEGRONI

Ingredients :

  • 3 cl Yaju

  • 3 cl sweet vermouth

  • 3 cl bitter (such as Campari)

  • Ice cubes

  • Orange zest (for garnish)

 

Recipe :

  1. Fill an old fashioned glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour in the Yaju, sweet vermouth, and bitter.

  3. Stir gently with a bar spoon to chill and lightly dilute.

  4. Garnish with a large orange zest expressed over the glass.
